WALKER TEXAS RANGER

Walker Texas Ranger made it's debut on television in 1993. Walker himself was portrayed by the very talented actor and karate champion, Chuck Norris. You could always count on Walker and his crew, Ranger James Trivette, portrayed by Clarence Gilyard, retired Ranger C.D. Parker, portrayed by Noble Willingham, and Tarrant County Assistant District Attorney Alex Cahill, portrayed by Sheree Wilson. Then later two more people joined the group, Ranger Francis Gage, portrayed by Judson Mills and Ranger Sydney Cook, portrayed by Nia Peeples.

The most common way you saw these Rangers at work was through the use of martial arts. When you saw them going after criminals, you knew it wouldn't be long before you saw arms and legs flying around. None of them ever set out to fight, but when these bad guys thought they could put one over on them, they quickly found out different when introduced to a foot, fist, or knew in the face, groin, rib, etc... When these guys committed a crime, they certainly got their just desserts, and Dallas got justice, Texas Style.

Besides fighting crime, the gang also knew how to have fun. Trivette was always funning C.D. about his chili. Walker and C.D. were always good to pull a joke on Trivette. Walker and Trivette would have fun out driving around, until they ran into a crime in progress. Walker also knew how to give Alex, who ended being his girlfriend and later, wife, a hard time. But she knew how to laugh it off too.

You can always count on getting Texas Justice with this crew, but also a good learning lesson for life as Chuck Norris made no bones about sharing his faith on the show.
